Budget Vivo Y36 5G gets you a 5,000mAh battery and 50MP main camera for RM1,099
Vivo Malaysia has just rolled out their latest budget smartphone that they’ve dubbed as the Y36 5G which costs RM1,099 and comes with 5G connectivity, hence its suffix along with a slew of value-added features.
Vivo Y36 5G Specs
For what you pay for at RM1,099, the Vivo Y36 5G features a 6.64-inch Full HD (2,388 x 1080 pixels) LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 650 nits.
Running under the hood is a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 5G processor built on a 7nm process running Android 13 with FunTouch OS 13 overlaid on top paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with an additional 8GB of virtual RAM assigned off the phone’s onboard storage via Vivo’s MemoryBooster feature.
The rear sports a 50MP primary camera with a secondary 2MP depth sensor while a 16MP selfie camera is perched just above the main display in a punch hole for selfies and video calls..
Of note with the Vivo Y36 5G is its 5,000mAh battery that also has 44W fast wired charging along with its IP54-rated splash resistant chassis that comes in your choice of either Semporna Green and Mystic Black.
Vivo Y36 5G Availability in Malaysia
The Vivo Y36 5G is now officially available nationwide in Malaysia including their online stores on Lazada and Shopee.
