The world’s largest MSI store is now open in Malaysia
Pedestrians near Low Yat plaza will likely have noticed some fairly heavy construction going on just outside the building for quite awhile though the the sum efforts of all that work have finally borne fruit as MSI have finally launched their largest concept store not just in Malaysia but the world as well.
The building is immediately recognisable from afar with MSI’s classic black and red livery from top to bottom and is divided into two floors of gaming Valhalla. The grand launch also saw a host of invited guests including gaming royalty such as Songsen, Roy, Zadpumpkin, Lunacy HanXiiaoAii, Gummy and BabyOling attending the festivities.
The main ground floor consists of working examples of MSI’s latest gaming hardware for users to experience and, of course, purchase. MSI also offers the full gamut of accessories under their marque from mouse pads to gaming mice too. More ardent gamers will also appreciate the fact the store has a full sized VR experiential area along with a working driver’s seat and steering wheel controls for racing games too.
One floor up is a configurable hall that can play host to gaming events and matches too. On launch day, MSI hosted a showmatch between some of Malaysia’s most renowned DOTA 2 gaming teams for the edification of invited guests who marveled at their intricate skills and teamwork.
The MSI concept store is open for business all week and is located just outside of the Low Yat plaza entrance with a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and a stone’s throw away from the Federal Hotel within Bukit Bintang Park. If you’re relying on Google Maps, their address is:
GL-013,
BB Park, Jalan Bukit Bintang,
55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
