World’s largest Samsung ONYX cinema screen opens in TGV i-City Shah Alam

TGV’s latest 35th cineplex at Central I-City mall in Shah Alam marks several firsts for the company and features the world’s largest Samsung ONYX cinema LED screen.

The Samsung ONYX cinema LED screen measures 45.93-feet wide and 16.4-feet high while also being the world’s first Digital Cinema Initiatives (DCI) compliant High Dynamic Range (HDR) LED 4K theatre display with a peak brightness of 146l, making it one of the brightest, sharpest screens available in the market. Perfect for enjoying Avengers: Endgame.

The new TGV at Central I-City mall also notably bumps up the baseline for comfort with Deluxe grade being the new minimum standard of comfort while adding in a Chatime and Royal Selangor outlet for cinemagoers to experience before entering the cinemas.

On top of that, cinemagoers also get to experience the immersive glory and massive size of an IMAX theatre too at Central I-City too.
