Neffos C5-Max Android phone from TP-LINK lands in Malaysia
Seen earlier with its two smaller siblings the C5 and C5l at a launch in Malaysia earlier this year, the Neffos C5-Max is the heavyweight contender of the trio that is seeing the light of day.
The phone comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, has Android 5.1 running on a 64-bit MTK MT6753 1.3Ghz octacore processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB of onboard memory supplemented by a dedicated SIM card slot.
Dual sim card slots come as standard, both of which support LTE. A 3040mAh battery keeps things powered.
The rear comes with a 13-MP camera with dual LED flash and an f/2.0 aperture while the front has a 5-MP selfie camera.
Their own user interface overlay on Android 5.1 has a few interesting tricks up its sleeve like a screen capture mode that let’s you snag long websites in one fell swoop. The camera also packs 30 different filters and a beauty mode for selfie oriented shooters.
