11street raises RM30,000 for underprivileged kids

Online e-mall 11street did their turn for good today as they generously donated RM30,000 at a poignant ceremony at NU Sentral mall to the Budimas Charitable Foundation while also feting another 63 underprivileged children from the foundation to a grand feast and a movie.

A mock cheque in the sum of RM30,000 was conferred to the Budimas Charitable Foundation by Mr. Kim Hoseok, 11street CEO to Ms. Anne Rajasaikaran, the Principal Officer of the Budimas Foundation. The donation was gathered from 11street’s ‘Do Good Deals – Beli Sambil Memberi’ campaign that took place during the month of Ramadan from June 5 – July 20 where 11street pledged to match every extra Ringgit contributed by Raya shoppers on top of the retail price they were paying for a selected array of Raya items and will go towards 130 underprivileged school children from Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Burong, Tanjong Karang, Selangor who will receive a nourishing breakfast until the end of the year.
