Honor 90 will launch alongside the Honor 90 Lite and the Honor Pad X9 tablet in Malaysia

Much is known about the Honor 90 that will be launching in a live streamed event in Malaysia this coming 20th July 2023 but Honor will also be launching two additional products as well with a tablet dubbed the Honor Pad X9 as well as an entry-level phone designated as the Honor 90 Lite.

Honor Pad X9 and Honor 90 Lite Specs and Price in Malaysia

In terms of hardware, the Honor Pad X9 tablet rocks to the tune of an 11.5-inch 2K TFT LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, runs Android 13 with their own MagicOS 7.1 on a Snapdragon 685 platform with a 4G modem, features 4GB RAM with 3GB of virtual RAM, 128GB of expandable storage and has a rear and front mounted 5MP camera. Keeping the tablet powered is a 7,250mAh battery. Of note is that the design has a whopping 6 speakers spaced around its chassis. There’s no official word on price yet for the Honor Pad X9 in Malaysia at the time of writing.

The entry-level Honor 90 Lite is the budget companion to the midrange Honor 90. On paper, the phone has a 6.7-inch 90Hz LCD display, uses a Dimensity 6020 chipset built on a 7nm process running Android 13 and MagicOS 7.1, has up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB of storage and has a rear mounted 100MP F/1.9 primary camera, a 5MP ultra wide angle camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The front features a 16MP selfie camera.

Keeping the lights on is a 4,500mAh battery with 35W fast charging. Like the Honor Pad X9, there’s no official details on pricing yet save that it will come to Malaysia.
