Missed the show? Here’s a full video recap of Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2023 in Korea
Just in case you missed it, Samsung held their latest Galaxy Unpacked 2023 in Korea event for the first time on their home turf on 26th July 2023 where they officially released their latest foldables the Galaxy Z Flip5 and the Galaxy Z Fold5, the Galaxy Watch6 and Watch6 Classic as well as a trio of new tablets in the form of the Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+ and Tab S9 Ultra.
What happened at Galaxy Unpacked 2023 in Korea?
Taking place at the COEX centre in the Gangnam district in South Korea, the Galaxy Unpacked launch saw hundreds of invited guests from across the world packed into a grand auditorium that was filled with massive wall to wall video panels encircling a grand centre stage where TM Roh, Samsung President and Head of Samsung Electronics MX Business shared the keynote of Samsung’s latest developments and showcased the new devices being launched.
““When technology seamlessly adapts to the world around us, it allows us to be open to new ideas, open to new ways of thinking, open to experiences we would otherwise never know,” said TM Roh. “Open for a world of unlimited possibilities. That’s exactly what Galaxy lets us do.”
Key highlights for the new Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 were the integration of new Flex hinges that were slimmer, flatter and more effective than their predecessors especially in regards minimising the gap when these devices were folded down as well as reducing the crease significantly when fully unfolded.
The new Galaxy Tab S9 series are not only lighter, but slimmer with IP68 dust and water resistance too, making them one of the powerful and durable Android tablets in the market.
The enhanced Galaxy Watch6 series adds improved sleep, activity and fitness tracking that make them effective companions for daily living and self improvement by building better health and sleep habits. You can rewatch the live stream here:
