Here’s the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series, Watch6 series, Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 Malaysia prices; flagship foldables to start from RM4,499
Just moments after Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023 in Korea, Samsung has released information for what storage configurations, colourways and above all, what the prices are for their new flagship foldables and tablets for the Malaysia market. Here are the Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets, Galaxy Watch6 series, Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 Malaysia prices.
At the time of writing, Samsung has officially announced the prices for the above devices in Malaysia along with a scheduled 18th August 2023 general availability date nationwide but hasn’t officially stated when the customary preorder period will commence or what the preorder deals would be though savvy early birds would have already availed themselves to the earlier free RM400 early bird preregistration e-voucher special before Galaxy Unpacked 2023 commenced.
In terms of colourways, the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 Malaysia units are also available in online-only exclusive colourways from the Samsung Online store as pictured here
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 Malaysia price and availability

Samsung has announced that the Galaxy Z Fold5 will be officially available in all three official colourways for the Malaysia market with your choice of Icy Blue, Phantom Black and Cream at all Samsung Experience stores and partner retailers along with two online exclusive colours for their online Samsung Store which are Gray and Blue.
Galaxy Z Fold5 Malaysia models come in Icy Blue, Cream and Phantom Black as well as two online only exclusives which are Gray and Blue
Galaxy Z Fold5 prices in Malaysia start on the ground floor at RM6,799 for the 256GB variant with the 512GB variant retailing for RM7,299 and the top of the line 1TB variant costing RM8,299 as well as a scheduled street date of 18th August 2023.
These prices are identical to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold4 prices at launch which means that Samsung hasn’t raised prices for their latest generation foldables which is a godsend. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 Malaysia price and availability
Malaysia will have all four officially launched general issue colourways available for sale at all Samsung Experience stores and partner stores which are Mint, Lavender, Cream and Graphite as well as four additional online exclusive colourways to the Online Samsung store which are Gray, Blue, Green and Yellow.
Along with eight possible colourways, the Galaxy Z Flip5 will be priced at RM4,499 for the 256GB model and RM4,999 for the 512GB model with your choice of the aforementioned standard issue and online-exclusive paint jobs.
Unfortunately, the Galaxy Z Flip5 has a modest price hike compared to its predecessor’s price at launch by RM100 when the Galaxy Z Flip4 was released last year. For Malaysia, the Galaxy Z Flip5 is scheduled to have general availability from 18th August 2023 onwards akin to the Galaxy Z Fold5. Galaxy Tab S9 Malaysia prices and availability
The new Galaxy Tab S9 series which consists of the baseline Galaxy Tab S9 with an 11-inch display, the slighter larger Galaxy Tab S9+ with a 12.4-inch display and the top of the line Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra which hosts a 14.6-inch display.
All three tablets also feature a slew of potential variants with models that come in either 256GB or 512GB storage, with or without a keyboard as well as WiFi only and 5G enabled models. One thing to note is that the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra only comes in Graphite while the Tab S9+ and Tab S9 come in your choice of either Graphite or Beige.
The baseline WiFi only 128GB Galaxy Tab S9 retails for RM3,699 while on the other end of the spectrum, the top of the line Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G with a bundled keyboard case and 512GB of built-in storage retails for RM7,149. Like the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 Malaysia release dates, the Galaxy Tab S9 series is scheduled for general availability from 18th August 2023 onwards.

Samsung Galaxy Watch6 and Watch6 Classic Malaysia prices
Samsung will be issuing the Galaxy Watch6 as well as the rotating bezel equipped Galaxy Watch6 Classic in both Bluetooth only and LTE enabled models as well as in different dial sizes and different colourways with a scheduled general availability date nationwide from 18th August 2023.
In general, the new Galaxy Watch6 has a 30% slimmer bezel all around and your choice of either 40mm and 44mm sizes while the Galaxy Watch6 Classic has a slimmer rotating bezel along with choices of 43mm and 47mm sizes.
