Honor Magic V6 flagship foldable now on preorder in Malaysia from RM7,699 with RM3,797 free gifts

After demonstrating the impressive durability of the Honor Magic V6 which saw it towing a plane and a sports car, the brand has officially opened their flagship foldables for preorders in Malaysia with prices that start from RM7,699 and up.

What is the Honor Magic V6?

The successor to the Honor Magic V5, the new Honor Magic V6 is a more refined successor design that measures just 8.75mm when folded down and 4mm when unfolded while weighing just 219g. 

Belying its slim dimensions and weight, the Honor Magic V6 has one of, if not the toughest foldable hinge yet seen in a foldable with 2,800MPa tensile strength, making it equivalent to the durability of a car’s A-pillar. That’s not all, the hinge of the Honor Magic V6 is also rated to survive up to 500,000 folding cycles, allowing for close to 13 years of average usage. 

Even the displays have been reinforced, featuring what they refer to as Magic Diamond Screens with the front 6.52-inch LTPO AMOLED 120Hz display display further toughened with an Anti-Scratch NanoCrystal Shield that leverages a 5,600-layer silicon nitride coating with enhanced scratch, wear and drop resistance.

The 7.95-inch LTPO AMOLED 120Hz inner display also features Ultra Tough Glass (UTG) for a reduced visual crease. Best of all, the Honor Magic V6 has an IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance rating.

In terms of specifications, the Honor Magic V6 is very well appointed with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the fastest chipset currently in service paired with 16GB RAM and either 512GB or 1TB of storage.

The rear hosts a triple camera array that consists of a 50MP f/1.6 main camera with OIS, a 64MP f/2.5 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 50MP f/2.2 ultrawide angle camera. The front and main display has a single 20MP camera for selfies and video calls. Keeping the Honor Magic V6 powered is a 6,660mAh battery with 80W wired charging, 66W wireless and reverse wireless charging too.

For Malaysia, the Honor Magic V6 is available in the aforementioned two storage configurations and four different colourways – Ferghana Red, Sunrise Gold, Ivory White, and Classic Black. 

Those who preorder the Honor Magic V6 from now till 11 June 2026 will get RM3,797 in free gifts that consist of a 43-inch SkyWorth Google TV, a 2-year quality-assurance plan and a 1-year worry-free crack protection policy. In terms of pricing the 16GB RAM with 512GB variant retails for RM7,699 while the 16GB RAM/1TB storage variant is priced at RM8,899.

The Honor Magic V6 will be available for purchase in stores from 12 June 2026 onwards. 

Also released was the Honor MagicPad 4 tablet that is just 4.8mm slim while featuring a 12.3-inch 3K OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and your choice of either a 12GB RAM/256GB storage or 16GB RAM/512GB Storage variant.

Of note with the Honor MagicPad 4 is that it combines Android and LinuxLab which does allow for unique applications like the ability to run OpenClaw on it. The tablet also hosts a PC-level version of CapCut too and has seamless connectivity with Apple devices.

In terms of pricing the 512GB version will come with a keyboard case that has a touchpad for RM3,599. The 256GB variant will have a keyboard without a touchpad for RM3,399. Both versions ship with the Honor Magic Pencil 4s stylus and the tablet has an in-store date of 12 June 2026.

Collectors will also appreciate the fact that Honor has launched the unique Honor 600 Pro Molly Limited Edition model that comes with the 12GB RAM/512GB variant of the Honor 600 Pro with a unique laser-engraved backplate.
