Honor X9d 5G is official; latest tough workhorse phone coming to Malaysia

Honor certainly doesn’t lack for theatrics and their recent tease of a new tough phone in the recent Legasi: Bomba the Movie film and our guess that it would be a successor to the prior X9c was on the money – meet the Honor X9d 5G that will be arriving in the near future to Malaysia.

Again, Honor is playing their cards close to their chests and have yet to confirm the exact specifications of the phone including what improvements in durability it has over the current X9c though they have hinted that it has a ‘reinforced body’, a ‘next-generation ultra-tough display’, ‘smoother and more powerful performance’ and an ‘industry-leading battery’. 

Their official website does have a few interesting hints and a quiz for customers though with the site asking what the D stands for in its designation. There is also a tracker bar with images of other Honor products and dates which infer that those who answer correctly on those dates will likely get prizes. We’ll keep you posted on updates for the Honor X9d 5G as soon as we get them.
