LG Service Centre and Academy Opens in Malaysia
In a grand ceremony, LG Malaysia has officially launched their inaugural LG Service Centre and Academy in Sungai Besi. The strategically located f
acility is both a full-fledged service centre for customers as well as a training academy for LG sales agents and technicians.
In addition to these two unique functions, the new LG Service Centre and Academy in Malaysia also hosts a showroom that features LG’s latest products across the range from their latest TVs all the way to their consumer electronic appliances for visitors to experience everything that LG has to offer.
“Our new Service Centre and Academy in Malaysia symbolises our commitment to not only meeting customer needs but surpassing them. By investing in the advanced training of our staff and creating a space where customers can fully experience our showcased products, we are setting a new standard in customer care,” said Justin Choi, Managing Director of LG Malaysia.
