Lock and load – PUBG Lite beta test up coming this 14 February for Malaysia
Everyone’s favourite battle royale game recently announced a stripped down version of the game dubbed PUBG Lite that even a PC with integrated graphics can run off the bat. Their first beta test of the game was in Thailand though they’ve just announced that they will be allowing Malaysian gamers to pre-download the game on 13 February and hop into games with guns blazing on 14 February 2019.
PUBG Lite is a version of the game that has more basic requirements to run with minimum requirements being an Intel Core i3 2.4GHz processor, 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 4GB of storage which are very manageable on many older PCs.
The game is free to play and will initially host the Erangel map for players to duke it out on. The servers will apparently be separate from those on the full game so you’ll be duking it out with other PUBG Lite players in Solo, Duo and Squad modes.
In Malaysia, PUBG Lite is downloadable via the official website as well as via their partner Garena. Swing on by https://lite.pubg.com/download/ and get ready to lock and load.
