MSI lauded with slew of 2025 Red Dot Design Awards for Venture series and more
The 2025 Red Dot Design Award celebrates products that offer innovation, functionality, form and sustainable design and MSI has been lauded with multiple wins for products in their stable from laptops to even motherboards. For 2025, MSI’s Venture series laptops, their MPG Z890i EDGE TI WIFI motherboard, MEG Ai1600T PCIE5 PSU and PRO DP80 series desktop each won a Red Dot Design award. Here’s what makes them so special…
Among the award-winning products conferred the Red Dot Design award was MSI’s Venture series laptops that blend a practical, robust design with AI capabilities that blend performance, value and optional dedicated graphics for those requiring beefier performance. The MSI Venture series comes in a variety of configurations depending on market so there is something for everyone.
Another winner of the 2025 Red Dot Design awards is the MPG Z890i EDGE TI WIFI is an ITX motherboard that blends form and function in a small form factor. WIth a mirror-finished design embellished with silver and white heatsinks as well as a grey PCB, the MPG Z890i EDGE TI WIFI makes for an elegant centrepiece that adds a touch of class to any build. The design also features a 5-in-1 Xpander card as well as four M.2 slots along with 320MHz WiFi 7, 5G LAN and dual Thunderbolt 4 40Gbps ports to tackle any task with ease.
Next up, MSI’s MEG Ai1600T PCIE5 also snagged a 2025 Red Dot Design Award. For the uninitiated, the MEG Ai1600T PCIE5 is the world’s first PSU to incorporate server-grade Infineon SiC MOSFETS that offer optimised heat dispersal and thus lower operating temperatures while also integrating digital fan control for enhanced noise control. The design has also earned a vaunted A++ for efficiency and SSS for noise level rating from Cybernetics and PPLP, making for a stylish design that offers near-silent performance.
Last but not least, MSI’s PRO DP80 series was also honoured with a 2025 Red Dot Design Award.
