New Dell C1422H is their first portable monitor with premium design and slick visual quality

Dell has announced their first ever portable monitor with aesthetics akin to their premium Latitude and XPS series laptops dubbed the Dell 14 C1422H portable monitor that is slated for arrival in Malaysia in the near future.

The Dell 14 C1422H portable monitor is a 14-inch 1080p LED-backlit IPS display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and exceptionally slim top and side bezels in keeping with the latest Latitude and XPS series laptops. 

In terms of visual quality, the display serves up a 60Hz refresh rate and a 6ms response time with a peak brightness of 300 nits. There’s no specific details on its colour accuracy but the panel does have their ComfortView tech that filters out blue light emissions for more comfortable usage. 

All these visual qualities are melded into a compact form factor that’s just 14.3mm thin while weighing just 590g, allowing it to be easily slipped into a backpack without undue trouble.

Of note with the Dell 14 C1422H portable monitor is the fact that it features a tiltable base that can lie flat all the way and tilt up to an almost-vertical 10-degree vertical tilt at will. Each side also features a USB-C port with support for DisplayPort 1.2, allowing you to hook up the Dell 14 C1422H portable monitor to a laptop for both power and to expand your screen real estate.

The Dell 14 C1422H portable monitor will be priced at RM2,899.and will arrive on their official site www.dell.com/my early next month in September 2021.
