
New Honor 400 Lite lands in Malaysia; comes with AI tools and modest RM1,299 price tag
Honor has brought what they’ve dubbed as an iPhone killer that they’ve dubbed as the Honor 400 Lite to Malaysia with aesthetics somewhat akin to the aforementioned phone while keeping prices to a surprisingly low at just RM1,299.
What is the Honor 400 Lite?
In terms of hardware, the Honor 400 Lite comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a FHD+ resolution (1,080 x 2,412) pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,500 nits peak brightness. Powering the phone is a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage running Android 15 and their own Magic OS 9. Interestingly, the phone has a side-mounted AI button that offers access to Google Lens and belying its price point has an under-display fingerprint sensor. The power button also offers access to Google Gemini.
The rear comes with a dual camera array with a single 108MP main camera and 5MP ultra wide angle lens while the front has a single 16MP selfie camera and a dedicated selfie light. Keeping the phone juiced is a 5,230mAh battery with 35W wired charging.
For Malaysia, the Honor 400 Lite comes in your choice of Velvet Grey or Mars Green colourways at the aforementioned RM1,299 price point. Honor will also be tossing in a free 1-year extended warranty worth RM99 and an RM200 rebate when you buy the phone.
