Philips Easykey Palm Recognition Smart Lock series details
Ranging from the base 3000 series all the way to the top of the line 9000 series, the Philips Easykey Palm Recognition Lock series offer superior security as palm vein patterns are extremely difficult to replicate or forge and can be further augmented with facial ID and fingerprint recognition. The system also detects potential tampering and relocks the door if left unsecured.
Another interesting benefit to using palm vein prints is that the patterns are invisible to the naked eye. Alternatively, users can opt for the Philips Easykey mobile app as an alternative means of access. The Easykey Palm Recognition Smart Lock series is also capable of recognising up to 50 prints, allowing for usage in homes all the way to small offices. According to Philips, the smart locks will be available near the end of 2024 but no exact details on pricing or availability have been announced just yet.
