Razer Zephyr mask is living in 2077 and it’s yours for US$100

Wearing masks in the new normal presents their own unique set of challenges, among them the complete lack of facial cues unless you’re a Jedi Master at reading eyebrow movements. It’s also a royal pain in the posterior for some people to breathe in. Razer foresaw these problems and initiated Project Hazel earlier this year at CES 2021. Now, we get to see the fruits of their research brought to fruition – meet the Razer Zephyr mask.

Looking like something straight out of Cyberpunk 2077, the Razer Zephyr is unmistakably a Razer design with its bold angular lines and RGB Chroma lighting emplaced at strategic points on the mask. 

In keeping with current norms, the Razer Zephyr isn’t just for show as it hosts a set of replaceable N95 filters with two-way protection that ensures inhaled and exhaled air is safe.

To make it easier for users to breathe, the mask features an air exchange chambler with a two speed fan that helps filtered air flow in a much easier fashion for up to 8 hours on a single charge. To ensure easy communication, the front portion is transparent, allowing for people to see your mouth and there’s even interior lighting too to ensure you remain easy to see even in dark settings.

Razer Zephyr Price and Availability in Malaysia

There’s no official availability yet in Malaysia but the Razer Zephyr is officially priced at US$99.99 while an N95 grade filter pack with 10 filters is available for US$29.99.
