vivo X300 Pro and X300 Malaysia preorders are now available in Malaysia; prices start from RM3,599
Fresh from their earlier debut in China in October, vivo has finally released their signature flagship camera phones the vivo X300 Pro and vivo X300 in Malaysia complete with the former’s signature Telephoto Extender attachment with preorders and a slew of the customary free gifts thrown in for good measure too.

In Malaysia, the vivo X300 Pro will be available in a 16GB RAM/512GB storage configuration priced at RM4,699 while the vivo X300 will be available with 16GB RAM/512GB storage priced at RM3,899 while a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant can be acquired for RM3,599.
The vivo ZEISS 2.35X telephoto Extender can also be acquired for RM999 and which also has a purchase-with-purchase promotion of just RM699. The vivo PGYTECH Imaging Grip Kit can be purchased for RM599.
Preorders start from today and are ongoing until 21 November 2025 with those who preorder getting free gifts worth up to RM2,872 with your choice of three selectable bundles that cater to all needs including drone jockeys, caffeine lovers, fashionistas and more.

vivo X300 Pro and X300 Malaysia specs
In terms of hardware the vivo X300 Pro and X300 both feature the same Dimensity 9500 processor that combines a large 3rd gen all-big core CPU with a 12-core G1 Ultra GPU and an efficient NPU that doubles AI performance while halving power use. You also get 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage for both variants with the base X300 also featuring a more affordable variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The base vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 2,460 x 1,216 pixels resolution and a 120hz refresh rate while the pro variant upsizes it to a 6.78-inch display with 2,800 x 1,260 pixels resolution while retaining a similar 120Hz refresh rate.
For cameras, the vivo X300 gets tricked out with a massive 200MP ZEISS F/1.68 camera that takes centrestage. This is accompanied by a 50MP f/2.57 telephoto camera with a periscope lens and a 50MP f/2.0 ultra wide angle camera while the front features a single 50MP f/2.0 selfie camera.
The vivo X300 Pro has a different triple camera setup with an emphasis on telephoto camera performance with a massively upgunned 200MP ZEISS APO f/2.67 periscope telephoto camera with 2.7x optical zoom and the ability to add on the optional 2.35x teleconverter that offers a focal equivalent of 1,600mm telephoto zoom versus the 50MP model on the base X300.
The primary camera of the vivo X300 Pro however is a more modest 50MP f/1.56 primary camera along with a 50MP ultra wide angle camera with a similar 50MP f/2.0 selfie camera.
Keeping the Pro model powered is a 6,510mAh battery while the base X300 model has a slightly smaller 6,040mAh battery. Both variants support 90W FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging. Both phones also feature vivo’s new OriginOS 7 paired with Android 16.
