Here’s how you can contribute to the We Love You Box care package to honour Malaysia’s medical frontliners
Tough times don’t last but for our medical frontliners in Malaysia, events of late seem to be the most challenging stretch to date of our ongoing fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. To honour, motivate and support them, an initiative by a core team of a dozen volunteers, a host of Malaysia’s most influential NGOs as well as renowned personalities have established the We Love You Box initiative.
What is the We Love You Box Initiative
The We Love You Box initiative aims to raise a minimum of RM640,000 with100% of all proceeds going towards funding and distributing care packages to 10 hospitals around the country by the end of 2021. The first wave of boxes will go to Hospital Sungai Buloh, Hospital Kuala Lumpur and MAEPS this coming September.
Among the NGOs participating in the We Love You Box initiative are Sedunia, Projek Bangsa Malaysia, Kembara Kitchen, Caremongers Malaysia, Raleigh Kuala Lumpur, pitchIN, Reachout Malaysia, Persatuan Kebangsaan Pelajar Islam Malaysia and the Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia (ABIM).
