Vivo X500 series to go on sale this 3 November with over RM3,400 in rewards

The vivo X500 series will be officially available nationwide in Malaysia with prices that start from RM4,699 and up with rewards worth over RM3,400 on purchase. The new line-up consists of the vivo X500 Pro Max, the vivo X500 Pro and the base vivo X500, all three of which place imaging performance at the forefront with an emphasis on concert photography.

These rewards consist of the vivo Buds Pro worth RM199, vivo Care benefits worth up to RM2,167 that consists of a two-year warranty, a one-year international warranty and lens protection, three months of Google AI Pro with 5TB of cloud storage worth RM293.97 as well as exclusive rebates ranging from RM200 to RM680 depending on the vivo X500 Pro and vivo X500 Pro Max. As always, these rewards are available while stocks last.

To make it more enticing. those who use SPayLater can enjoy RM150 off with 0% installment for 6 months while those who use Atome can get RM120 off with 0% installment for 6 months while selected banks get an RM100 rebate.

As the most powerful variant of the lot, the vivo X500 Pro Max is also the largest with the best imaging setup that consists of a 6.85-inch 2K ZEISS Master Color Display that offers up to 4,400 nits peak brightness, a dynamic 1-144Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut.

Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro processor paired with  a12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage running Android 17 and Origin OS 7. The rear comes with a 50MP ZEISS TrueDynamic main camera, a 50MP ZEISS ultra wide angle camera and a 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom. For selfies, you get a single 50MP camera up front in a punch hole. Keeping things powered is a 7,800mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. 

The vivo X500 Pro also uses the same Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset but has a smaller 6.36-inch 1.5K ZEISS Master Color Display with up to a 144Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3.  You also get 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage. The rear camera array of the Pro model uses a 50MP ZEISS TrueDynamic main camera, a 50MP ZEISS ultra wide angle camera and a 64MP ZEISS APO telephoto camera.with a 50MP selfie camera on the front. To keep it juiced the phone has a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The base vivo X500 has a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 2,750 x 1,260 pixels resolution and up to 1 44Hz refresh rate. Powering the phone is a Mediatek Dimensity 9600M octacore processor paired with 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage with the whole affair running Android 17 with Origin OS 7.

On the rear, the phone has a 50MP ZEISS Main camera that uses a Sony LYTIA 828 sensor and OIS, a 50MP ZEISS ultrawide angle camera and a 64MP ZEISS APO telephoto camera with 3.1x zoom as well as OIS. Up front, the phone has a single 50MP selfie camera. Keeping the phone powered is a 7,500mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
