Malaysians have logged over 66 million steps in Xiaomi Pop Run 2021

The inaugural Xiaomi POP Run 2021 was the first virtual event of its kind in Malaysia and saw close to 1,500 Xiaomi fans accumulating a total of 66,661,843 steps over the course of the event alone.

The event also saw Xiaomi teaming up with Celebrity Fitness Malaysia to host a series of workout sessions hosted by Celebrity FItness trainers who helped inspired Malaysians to greater heights of fitness along with motivation to win the Xiaomi Pop Run 2021.

In Malaysia, 8 participants managed to achieve the most number of steps globally which is a feat that earned them some tempting prizes along with 22 others in Malaysia. This is in addition to the top 30 in the world who were each conferred Xiaomi wearables to commemorate their feat of fitness.

For the rest of us, it’s not too late to hop onto the fitness bandwagon and Xiaomi has put the word out that today is the last day for specials on their wearables on their official Lazada channel. To wit, the Mi Smart Band 6 is going for RM169 (originally RM189), the Mi Watch Lite for RM219 (originally RM249) and the Mi Watch for RM429 (originally RM469).
