Lock and load – Call of Duty Warzone Mobile global launch inbound on 21 March
Ardent FPS gamers on smartphones are likely cognizant that Call of Duty Warzone Mobile has been puttering around in selected regions for awhile now including Malaysia but now that they’ve worked out the kinks, the game will have a global launch this 21st March 2023.
Call of Duty Warzone Mobile is free to download and available for Android and iOS with a Warzone mode where you can squad up with a team and paradrop into classic sunny Verdansk or Rebirth Island in a battle royale match-up as well as in classic multiplayer with all the usual trimmings across maps like Shoot House and Shipment (yay!).
Call of Duty Warzone Mobile – All your favourite gear from MW3 and Warzone via cross-sharing
Rather than starting from scratch and having to level up everything again, Call of Duty Warzone Mobile is actually surprisingly robust and tied in with cross-sharing mechanics to the current Call of Duty Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty Warzone games via your Activision ID which means that all your unlocked weapons, blueprints, equipment, attachments and skins including those you’ve purchased are all available for use.
To denote this, items which are intended for cross-sharing have special chevron symbols that are all usable in Call of Duty Warzone Mobile.
Not all items are available though and items intended for MW3 Zombies mode like Aether Tools and the like unique to the game mode are unavailable for obvious reasons.
If you’re already a seasoned operator in MWIII or Warzone, you’ll be ready to rock and roll with all your preset gear and hardware to gain an edge over the competition.
Just to test this, we managed to get the latest Warhammer 40000 Sisters of Battle Tracer Pack and it appears perfectly fine in playable fashion in Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. In any case, there’s not much longer to wait to get stuck in to one of the most popular game franchises in gaming history.
