OPPO’s upcoming F7 phone launch will feature superstars Hebe Tien and Neelofa

The anticipated launch of the OPPO F7 flagship phone is slated next week on 19 April 2018 and the brand is aiming to roll out some serious star power to grace the launch. According to OPPO, Taiwanese singer Hebe Tien as well as Malaysian artiste Neelofa will be attending the launch, which ought to make things interesting. Both celebrities are slated to make an appearance at the grand OPPO F7 launch while showcasing the new phone.

The OPPO F7 comes with their latest hardware and refinements, especially in the field of taking better selfies. Crammed into a 7.8mm thin machined aluminium casing is a 6.23-inch, 2,280 x 1080 pixel notched LCD display with a wide 19:9 aspect ratio and a MediaTek Helio P60 octacore processor running Android 8.0 Oreo.

The main draw here to the OPPO F7 is a front-facing 25-MP f/2.0 selfie camera that integrates OPPO’s A.I Beauty Recognition 2.0 tech that intuitively adjusts its aesthetic tweaks based on the gender of the subject.

The rest of the hardware on the OPPO F7 consists of a rear-facing 16-MP f/1.8 camera and two storage configurations – 4GB RAM/64GB storage or 6GB RAM /128GB storage – though OPPO Malaysia hasn’t mentioned which variant it will be bringing in just yet ahead of its official launch nor what price it will retail at locally.

Colour choices consist of a Solar Red, Diamond Black and Moonlight Silver though which colours will make it to Malaysia are still unconfirmed as yet though posters showing Neelofa and Hebe feature the Solar Red variant.
