Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7 and Galaxy Watch8 series now available nationwide in Malaysia

After its reveal at the global Galaxy Unpacked 2025 live stream and its preorder announcement and Malaysia launch, Samsung Malaysia has officially made their flagship Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 available nationwide in Malaysia along with their flagship Galaxy Watch8 series smartwatches.

For the uninitiated, the Galaxy Fold 7 is their premier flagship foldable that offers larger displays and is also slimmer and lighter than the Galaxy Z Fold6 from last year while packing a massive 200MP main camera and the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset. 

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 notably features a larger battery, a cover display that covers the entirety of the front of the phone save for its dual camera array and uses the Exynos 2500 chipset.

The Galaxy Watch 8 series which consist of the Classic variant with a rotating bezel and a slimmer design in 44mm and 40mm sizes offer a new Antioxidant Index and Vascular Load measurement for users on top of the usual array of health, sleep and activity tracking. The new series also notably has Gemini AI built-in for voice queries on the go.

That’s not all, Samsung is offering a host of special launch rebates and promotions worth up to RM2,209 from now until 31 August 2025. For the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7, you can get the double storage upgrade from the preorder period worth RM600 that is still in effect where you effectively get double the storage of the foldable you pay for. Basically, if you pay for the 256GB version you get the 512GB and so on and so forth. 

You can also still make use of the earlier Samsung Reservation + voucher worth RM210 from the preorder period, get a complimentary Samsung Care+ package worth up to RM999, get RM400 off if you use a CIMB debit or credit card and get an enhanced trade-in offer worth RM500 too. Samsung is also throwing in an array of freebies for the Galaxy Watch8 series and the updated Galaxy Watch Ultra that now has 64GB – effectively double the storage of the 2024 version – while retaining the same performance and functionality along with a slew of free gifts.
