Go the S-Tra Mile competition with the Samsung Galaxy S23 series and win a trip to Korea

Samsung Galaxy S23 series and other Samsung Galaxy series owners who have an eye and a flair for epic photography or videography can leverage their skills in Samsung’s Go the S-Tra Mile competition to stand a chance to win a fantastic photography trip Busan, South Korea!

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series and in particular the flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra pack some of the best camera arrays that money can buy with the unique ability to capture 8K resolution videos, a feature that the competition has yet to match which makes the competition an interesting creative exercise that leverages the full power of Samsung’s leading camphones.

Samsung Go the S-Tra Mile competition details

To participate in the Samsung Go the S-Tra Mile competition, contestants need to be citizens or permanent residents in Malaysia and – this is the important part – need to use a Samsung Galaxy series smartphone and capture either videos or photos of Malaysia’s hidden gems or locations of rare beauty while using the hashtag #GotheStraMile #GalaxyS23 and tagging @samsungmalaysia on Instagram while ensuring their profile is set to public.

Once users have submitted their entry, they’ll need to official register their entry at the official Samsung Go the S-Tra Mile competition page at https://www.samsung.com/my/go-stra-mile-registration/ 

Interestingly enough, users need not necessarily own the Samsung Galaxy S23 series and can still use older Samsung Galaxy S series phones stretching all the way back to the venerable Samsung Galaxy S5 series phones! 

Here’s a summary of the Go the S-Tra Mile competition requirements to make it easy for you:

Naturally, the Galaxy S23 series will lend the most advantage thanks to its enhanced ISP off its Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor and better cameras but the primary caveat here is that it’s a Samsung-issued Galaxy S-series phone. Oddly, the erstwhile Note series nor any of the new Galaxy Z series foldables aren’t eligible for this competition.

There will be six winners for the competition and the winners will be announced on 30th October 2023 on Samsung’s main social media channels which are on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. Good luck!
