New HONOR MagicBook Pro will come with 10th Gen Intel CPUs and NVIDIA GeForce MX350 graphics from RM3,672
The HONOR MagicBook Pro ultraportable is their latest notebook which will come in two variants that differ based on what processor they use. In the live stream, HONOR revealed that the MagicBook Pro is designed as a premium offering through and through with a 16-inch display with 100% sRGB colour gamut compliance that has slim 4.9mm bezels and a 90% screen-to-body ratio.
The hardware under the hood of the MagicBook Pro consists of either a 10th Gen Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, a 512GB SSD and a new NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics card.
The new HONOR Magic Pro also packs a Performance mode by pressing the FN and P key together than overclocks the CPU by 8% and which HONOR claims is able to get any processing or rendering work done faster by 15%. This setup should give it enough pixel crunching grunt to tackle non-intensive gaming or last gen retro offerings and all but the most pernicious spreadsheets and paperwork..
HONOR MagicBook Pro Price and Availability
Bar the difference in CPU used, both variants of the HONOR MagicBook Pro are identical with the i5 version retailing globally at RMB5,999 (about RM3,672) while the i7 variant will retail at RMB6699 (about RM4,100) . There’s no word on local availability in Malaysia and exact local pricing but the finale of the launch announced that Malaysia would be among the first wave of countries to receive it. We’ll keep you posted. In the meantime you can stay tuned to HONOR Malaysia’s official page here and Hitech Century for updates.
