Samsung Galaxy S24 series now available worldwide; Malaysia gets awesome deals up to RM1,650
The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is now officially available across the globe. Featuring an array of upgrades including their new generative Galaxy AI, the phones apparently sold like hotcakes during their preorder period across the globe.
According to Samsung, the Galaxy S24 series saw a double-digit increase in preorder sales compared to its predecessor with above 65% of consumers opting for the premium Galaxy S24 Ultra with its exquisite titanium hewn chassis – a first ever for the brand – as well as its improved camera array, brighter AMOLED display and above all, enhanced Galaxy AI baked in that redefines the concept of a phone.
We’ve previously field tested Galaxy AI as well as all three of the Galaxy S24 series and Samsung’s latest AI innovation offers distinct advantages that a conventional phone isn’t capable of tackling for now. On top of its ability to couch messages in the exact tone you want as well as the ability to perform live translations on voice calls and texts, it’s also able to tweak photos to taste and also make searching for items easier via its Circle to Search with Google feature.
Galaxy AI Updates – More languages, more supported devices!
Of interest is that Samsung states that there will be more language options available down the line from the default 17 at launch and – most importantly – Galaxy AI features will be offered on older models including the Galaxy S23 series, the Galaxy S23 FE, the Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Tab S9 tablets later on down the line though there’s no official timeline as yet as to when the Galaxy AI updates will be deployed.
