A whopping 13.1 million HONOR 70 smartphones have been shipped in China and counting
The recently released HONOR 70 has been selling like hotcakes if the latest report from IDC is any indicator. According to the latest IDC Quarter Mobile Phone Tracker report for Q2, close to 13.1 million HONOR 70 smartphones have been shipped in China alone.
Poring closer over the IDC numbers, HONOR has achieved an 88.6% year-on-year growth and carved out a healthy 19.5% market share in China in Q2, 2022 alone which is quite an achievement for the now independent smartphone brand that has grown out from Huawei’s shadow into a force of its own.
While no sales figures have been shared for the local Malaysia market since its preorder debut a few days ago, the HONOR 70 is an easy choice for a midrange workhorse phone that costs under RM2,000.
