HP ZBook Firefly G9 workstation coming this June 2022 to Malaysia

HP is adding a new business-oriented workstation to their local line-up of laptops dubbed the HP ZBook Firefly G9 which will be arriving in Malaysia later in June 2022.

What is the HP ZBook Firefly G9 workstation

In terms of hardware, the HP ZBook Firefly G9 comes with either a 14-inch or 16-inch 16:10 DreamColor display for luscious, vivid colours onscreen, the latest 12th Gen Intel Core processors, up to 64GB DDR5 RAM and either an NVIDIA T550 or RTX A500 laptop GPU. 

For video calls, the HP ZBook Firefly G9 features a 5MP auto framing camera and connectivity options are covered with WiFi 6E with selected variants featuring 5G connectivity. Battery life is robust and it’s rated for up to 13 hours of battery life on a single charge. All this is crammed into a slim chassis that weighs about 1.47kg

Seeing as it is a business workstation, the HP ZBook Firefly G9  has HP’s Multi-Factor AUthenticate, HP Sure Sense and HP Sure Run to protect against unauthorised entry, malware and malicious threat actors.

The laptop also packs their HP Wolf Security for Business that features a multi-level hardware-enforced, always-on defence from the BIOS all the way to the OS and browser for peace of mind.
