Magic the Gathering Dominaria United set now available in Malaysia

Fresh from the byzantine machinations of New Capenna, Magic the Gathering players can now experience the latest expansion in the game dubbed as Dominaria United that coincides with the game’s 30th Anniversary celebration.

What is Magic the Gathering Dominaria United

The Dominaria United set consists of 281 cards and depicts a rich story told through flavour text and exquisite art about the return of the Phyrexians – a Borg-like species – to Dominaria while familiar fan favourites from prior expansions rally to the realm’s defence like Karn, Ajani  Goldmane, Liliana Vess and Jaya Ballard.

Needless to say, you can’t keep a Gigerish horror down so the Phyrexians aren’t content to just invade Dominaria but are springboarding their ambitions to the entire multiverse.

In light of this, the Dominaria United set features a unique array of cards that offer new mechanics and playstyles along with special cards that showcase a Stained Glass art style with foil, non-foil in Set, Draft and Collector Booster packs.

For veterans of the game, Dominaria United Collector boosters will have cards pulled from the 1994 ‘Legends’ set with 240 cards of multiple rarities up for grabs.

Newcomers to the game can also get stuck in with Jumpstart Booster packs that consist of 20 preselected cards following a specific team with users picking two Jumpstart Booster decks to form a deck for expedited play.
