Razer x Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch Blends Function and Style in one sleek package for US$329

Razer is best known as the de facto brand for gamer accessories and laptops at CES 2020, they’re now delving into the hallowed realm of timepieces with a unique collaboration with Fossil. Razer has teamed up with Fossil to launch the Razer x Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch that blends elements of both Razer’s and Fossil’s unique aesthetic style with the power and functionality of a smartwatch.

What is the Razer x Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch

The Razer X Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch features a 1.28-inch rounded digital touch display with a crisp 326ppi ensconced by a 44mm stainless steel case done up in black complete with a steel topring and pushers along with robust swimproofing up to 3ATM. 

The watch allows for interchangeable straps and bracelets, allowing users to change their look on demand and ships with two 22mm silicone straps done up in Razer’s signature black and neon green livery. It also features three exclusive watch faces that you can swap to at will dubbed Text, Chroma and Analog.

Under the hood, the Razer X Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch runs Wear OS on a Snapdragon Wear 4100+ processor with access to Google Play apps, has 1GB RAM and features 8GB of storage which is plenty by smartwatch standards. 

Befitting its role as a smartwatch, the Razer x Fossil Gen 6 has a full array of fitness and activity tracking with an Sp02 sensor to monitor blood oxygen, cardio fitness level tracking, heart rate tracking, guided breathing tutorials and, of course, notifications from a paired phone as well as a built-in mic to take calls without having to fish out your phone.

The watch offers a slew of fitness and activity tracking support including constant heart rate tracking, sleep as well as bloody oxygen monitoring too.

 The Razer X Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch also offers fast charging support with 30 minutes getting you an 80% charge allowing users to stay juiced and ready for action throughout the day.

In terms of pricing the Razer x Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch will retail for US$329 (about RM1,379) in extremely limited quantities, with just 1,337 units manufactured.
