God of War PC version coming in 2022 for RM209 on Steam and Epic
Magnificently surly with epic anger management issues, Kratos is one of the most memorable heroes in gaming but he was once a Playstation exclusive. Until now that is as God of War, the original PlayStation console exclusive from 2018 will be coming to PC on 14th January 2022 for RM209 on the Steam and Epic Games store.
God of War on the PlayStation 4 remains one of the most iconic games on the console with over 19.5 million copies sold as of August 2021. The God of War PC version not going to be just a straight port though as Santa Monica Studio, the developers of the game have added a slew of enhancements.
For starters, the God of War PC version will have true 4K resolution on supported devices with unlocked framerates, the option for 21:9 ultra widescreen support, a variety of graphical presets and options that include higher resolution shadows, improved screen space reflections and updates to the ambient occlusion pipeline with GTAO and SSDO.
The God of War PC version will also have full integration with NVIDIA Deep Learning SUper Sampling (DLSS) on RTX and NVIDIA Reflex low latency technology and support for DualShock 4 and DualSense wired controllers.
