Fashion designers at HUNG Innovation Awards 2022 unveil couture inspired by Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Flip4

The sleek foldable design of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Flip4 foldable phones make for eye-catching conversation pieces but a team of fashion designers have taken it to the next level at the HUNG Innovation Awards 2022.

What are the HUNG Innovation Awards 2022

The prestigious HUNG Innovation Awards 2022 fashion show saw 10 contestants showcasing 20 looks inspired by the sleek innovation of the new Galaxy Z series foldables. For the uninitiated, the HUNG Innovation Awards were established by seasoned fashion mogul Gillian Hung as a means for upcoming designers to collaborate with other players in the fashion industry.

“We are pleased to partner with HUNG Innovation Awards and to see the designers’ ingenuity and imagination, inspired by the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4. Through this initiative, we want to empower future leaders of design and innovation, reflecting our own commitment to continuously bring new experiences to all,” said Elaine Soh, Chief Marketing Officer, Samsung Malaysia Electronics.

“The theme of creating our designs around the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 challenged me to innovate and think outside the box. The devices were the perfect muse due to their stylish, sleek and pocketable features. I am so pleased to win first place at the awards and am grateful to have this opportunity and experience to springboard my career in this industry,” said Schenric Toh, winner of The Best Runway Look 2022.
