Magic the Gathering Lord of the Rings Tales of Middle Earth expansion pack coming to Malaysia

Magic the Gathering, everyone’s favourite collectible card game, will be releasing an expansion set in collaboration with arguably the most influential fantasy franchise on the planet dubbed Lord of the Ring Tales of Middle Earth which will feature everyone’s favourite characters and locations wrought into card form.

What is MTG: Lord of the Rings Tales of Middle Earth?

The expansion set will be available on 23rd June 2023 and features a themed Lord of the Ring Tales of Middle Earth Starter Kit with two Modern legal decks, tokens and basic learning materials for novices.

The set will also feature the usual draft and set boosters, prerelease packs, bundles, gift bundles, Commander decks, Jumpstart boosters, starter kits as well as special Collector booster with the chance to potentially feature a special 1 of 1 One Ring card.

Only one special One Ring card of its kind is in circulation with raised gold foil treatment and elvish script which will have a multi million dollar bounty tagged to it for whoever finds it. There will also be standard versions in English and other languages that are far more common but with equally powerful gameplay mechanics.
