Meet the affordable new Samsung Galaxy A21s and Galaxy A11 with prices from RM599

Hot on the heels of the recently released Galaxy A31 are two even more affordable phones that Samsung has dubbed the Galaxy A21s and the Galaxy A11, both of which clock in at under RM1,000.

Galaxy A21s specifications and availability

The Galaxy A21s is the pricier of the two at RM939 and comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ TFT Infinity O display that has 720 x 1,600 pixel resolution, packs a 2GHz octacore processor and has 6GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. The rear consists of a quad camera with the usual 48MP primary, an 8MP ultrawide, a 2MP depth camera and a 2MP macro camera. 

The front packs a 13MP camera for selfie duties. Rounding things off are a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging and a rear fingerprint scanner. Galaxy A11 specifications and availability

The Galaxy A11 is the cheapest of the lot at just RM599 and has a slightly smaller 6.4-inch HD+ TFT Infinity O-display, a 1.8GHz octacore processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card. 

The rear has a modest triple camera array with a 13MP camera, a 5MP ultra wide angle camera and a 2MP depth sensor while the front packs an 8MP selfie camera. A 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging keeps it juiced in the field. For the price of entry, Samsung is also throwing a free Protection Plus policy like that in the A21s for free.
