Dell Latitude 7320, 7420, 7520 Laptops and 2-in-1 convertibles with 11th Gen Intel CPUs and powerful Iris Xe graphics ahead of CES 2021
Dell has announced three refreshed additions to their Latitude 7000 series that expand purchase options for business oriented laptop buyers that were ahead of CES 2021. You have your choice of the compact 13.3-inch Dell Latitude 7320 in 2-in-1 and laptop form factors, the 14-inch Latitude 7420 in both 2-in-1 and laptop variants as well as the large Latitude 7520 that only comes in a laptop form factor.
Pictured here is the Dell Latitude 7320 which is the most compact variant of the bunch but its siblings the 7420 and 7520 will have a similar form factor scaled up appropriately on account of their largest display sizes and a similar high quality aluminium chassis.
Dell Latitude 7320, 7420, 7520 Specifications
All three of Dell’s 7000 series offerings will come with up to 11th Gen Intel Core i7 vPro processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics, up to 32GB DDR4 4,266MHz RAM and up to a 1TB SSD along with a variety of security options that build on the baked-in TPM 2.0 module that include fingerprint readers, smart card readers and more.
Connectivity options for all Dell 7000 series laptops include WiFI 6 AX201 2×2.11ax and Bluetooth 5.1 and, depending on region, the option for a 5G modem. Port selection is the same across all three versions with a pair of USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4.0 ports with Power Delivery and DisplayPort, a HDMI 2.0 port, a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A port with PowerShare, a card reader and, assuming you have a 5G capable variant, a SIM card tray.
Where all three variants differ is their size and form factors. The Dell Latitude 7320 is a 13.3-inch laptop that can be acquired with up to a 13.3-inch Full HD touchscreen display if you get it in a standard laptop or 2-in-1 form factor.
The slightly larger Latitude 7420 has a 14-inch display that can be maxed out with a 14-inch UHD resolution non-touch display if you get it as a standard laptop form factor or as a 14-inch Full HD with 100% sRGB colour gamut touchscreen if you acquire the 2-in-1 variant.
The largest variant of the lot, the Latitude 7520 doesn’t have a convertible 2-in-1 form factor for obvious reasons as it’s way too large to fold around as a slate but you can acquire it with your choice of either a 15.6-inch Full HD touch panel or a 15.6-inch UHD non-touch panel with 100% sRGB.
