Rugged new Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro ultra tough tablet features S Pen and swappable batteries
Most electronics for mainstream use typically aren’t built for usage in areas with extreme conditions like a construction site or a factory floor but the new Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro is purpose built to shrug off minor inconveniences that would junk less durable slates like drops and splashes and still keep ticking.
The latest addition to their Active series of devices, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro is rated with a MIL-STD-810H toughness rating for surviving extremes of temperature and for moderate drops to the floor up to 1 metre in height.
Add on its shock resistant protective casing and you can increase its survivability to drops all the way to 1.2 metres in height. The tablet also has an IP68 dust and water resistance rating and also has a slab of Corning Gorilla 5 to protect its large 10.1-inch display which makes it exceptionally durable.
