Sharp My Second Washer showcase reveals new washing machines and dryers for Malaysia

Best known for their Plasmacluster Ion technology equipped home appliances as well as their range of AQUOS TVs, Sharp is a household name known to many. Seeing the fact that most urbanites are now strapped for time and seeing how tedious household chores are, the brand has launched their Sharp My Second Washer line-up of home appliances that makes home living and cleaning up easier.

Among the new range of Sharp My Second Washer appliances launched was the Sharp No Hole Washing Machine that acts as a secondary complement to a main washing machine for washing undergarments and children’s clothing with a special no-holes tub design that minimises mould and bacterial growth on the outer tub while saving up to 30% water with each wash.

Another new offering is the Sharp Pro-flex Heat Pump Dryer that is able to efficiently and intelligently detect the type of fabric and load size to ensure dry and comfy garments are on hand rain or shine. 

The Sharp My Second Washer showcase also saw the launch of their Sharp Pro-flex Washer Dryer that can wash, spin, dry and dry airwash garments while integrating their renowned Plasmacluster Ion technology to remove odours in just 5 minutes and bacteria in 10 minutes from laundry. It can also be used to disinfect items that typically aren’t suitable for frequent washing like coats, leather goods, hats and the like.

Sharp also expanded their range of front load washing machines with an 8.5kg, 9.5kg and 10.5kg model as well as their top load inverter washing machines with a 10kg, 12kg, 14kg and 17kg model.

While Sharp’s larger home appliances took the limelight, they also showcased more compact solutions including a Sharp Plasmacluster Beauty Drape Flow Hair Dryer that has 6 hairdressing temperature modes and reduces drying time by 35%.

Also showcased was a Sharp Plasmacluster Shoe Closet that can eliminate odours from shoes with their PCI tech along with a Sharp Plasmacluster Air Circulator fan with fan blades designed like owl wings for rapid air circulation and efficient cooling especially when used in tandem with their line-up of air conditioners.
